Keeping children safe is everyone's responsibility. The information here is relevant to those working in the statutory or the independent sector, as well as to members of the wider community.  

It applies to all children and young people irrespective of whether they are living at home with their families and carers or away from home.  Referral Forms can be downloaded from the relevant links to the right.

If you have concerns about a professional working with a child you need to contact your Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) on: 01872 254549

Please mark in the e-mail subject heading whether reports are for the East, Mid or West team.
 
There are also individual e-mail addresses for each of the three CP Admin teams but these are not considered to be the most secure way of sending information unless protected by Cryptshare, WatchGuard or other encrypting system.
