Last updated July 2, 2014

Sad Face shot in black and whiteBy now you will know all about the different types of bullying and you will have heard all the advice about what to do if you are being bullied. However, as changes in technology continue to open up new doors for us in the way that we communicate, it is always worth making sure that you are protecting yourself by keeping up to date with anything new that is happening.

Also, even if you are not being bullied, remember it could be happening to someone else.  If you see anything that looks like bullying please tell somebody who can do something about it.

If you would like to learn more about how to look after yourself when using computers and phones, then have a look at www.stoptextbully.com/

For more general information about bullying and racial harassment go to http://www.teenissues.co.uk/ and use the links to find out more information about other teen issues.
