The function of the Performance Group is
to:
(i) develop,
receive, interpret, question and report on the LSCB performance
dataset,
(ii) undertake a
programme of multi-agency quality assurance for the LSCB,
(iii) receive,
interpret, question and report on agency safeguarding audit
activity,
(iv) identify good
practice and inform safeguarding training, and
(v) collaborate
with, assist and support the other groups of the LSCB with
identified performance, quality assurance and audit processes and
issues.
