In 2004 there were new laws created which said that Local Safeguarding Children Boards (LSCBs) should be set up from April 2006. Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Authorities joined together to form our LSCB which helps many organisations and agencies  to work together.

This will help us all to keep you safe and increase your well being by:

  • Protecting you from abuse.
  • Preventing harm to your health or development.
  • Making sure you are safe and well looked after.
  • Helping you gain good life chances and enter adulthood successfully.

We are here to offer help and advice about looking after you.

Click on the age group that applies to you for more information.
